ARC Business Finance Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) trading as ARC Business Loans (“ARC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://arcbusinessloans.com and provides a comparison and broking service that helps customers obtain offers for asset and working-capital finance from third-party credit providers (“Lenders”).
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing our site, using any tool on it or submitting an enquiry form you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
3. Our service
We obtain the information you supply, match it against the credit criteria of Lenders on our panel and present one or more indicative finance offers.
We act as an independent broker—we are not a lender. Approval, pricing and loan documentation are issued by the relevant Lender, not ARC.
We may receive commission from Lenders if you take out a facility. Commissions vary between Lenders and product types.
4. Eligibility & user obligations
You warrant that any information you provide is true, complete and not misleading. You must not:
impersonate another person;
transmit unlawful, defamatory or offensive material;
use the site for any purpose that is illegal or infringes another party’s rights.

If ARC is liable under a non-excludable consumer guarantee, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
