  2. forward your profile to selected Panel Lenders so they can make conditional offers;

  3. manage our relationship with you (e.g. updates, support, dispute handling);

3. Sharing your information

  • Panel Lenders and their agents so they can perform credit checks, quote pricing and, if you accept, originate and manage the loan;

  • credit-reporting bodies to obtain your credit report or list a credit enquiry;

  • technology and data-processing providers (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, e-signature);

  • legal, accounting, audit and professional advisers;

  • regulators, courts and law-enforcement agencies where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some service providers or Lenders may store or access data from jurisdictions outside Australia (for example New Zealand, the United States or the EU). Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a manner consistent with the APPs.

Our site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to analyse traffic, personalise content and improve the user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser but parts of the site may not function.

6. Storage & security

Information is held in encrypted cloud servers located in Australia and/or secure overseas data centres. We use access controls, multi-factor authentication and encryption in transit and at rest to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

7. Access, correction & complaints
